Appointment Setter (Warm Inbound Leads)

RemotePart time1099 ContractUS only
$70 per sales call that shows  ·  plus 2% of everything that closes  ·  realistic $1,000 to $3,000+ a month
▪ THE ROLE

What You Would Be Doing

You will be calling, DMing and emailing people who already raised their hand and asked me for help. Not cold lists. Not scraped data. People who opted in this week and are waiting.
You run the discovery. I run the sale. Get someone on the phone and you qualify them right there and book the sales call. Reach them by DM or email and you book a discovery call, run it, and book the sales call from there. You never have to close. That is my job.
What you are walking into
  • 552 new leads came in over the last 30 days. That is the current rate, not a best month.
  • 290 of them explicitly consented to phone contact. Those are yours on day one.
  • 1,900+ contacts in the CRM, most sitting in an email nurture.
  • Leads come from Meta ads into a free resource called the Mompreneur Vault. They are mom entrepreneurs who want to grow a business.
  • The honest part: these leads have never been properly worked. We have booked 10 discovery calls in the entire history of the business against 600+ vault leads. Nobody has ever picked up the phone and called them. That backlog is the opportunity, and it is why this role exists.
The numbers you will live by
  • 15 showed sales calls a month is the floor. About 4 a week. Miss it consistently and the contract ends.
  • 25 to 30 a month is the target once you are ramped.
  • You are measured on calls held, not calls booked. A booking that no-shows does not count and does not pay.
  • What it realistically takes: 60+ outbound touches a day across phone, DM and email, about 6 touches per lead over 10 business days, and new opt-ins worked within minutes rather than days. Speed is the single biggest lever in this role.
  • You set your own hours. I do not care when you work. I care that the calls show up.
The money
  • $70 for every sales call that shows on my calendar.
  • 2% of the cash collected on anything that closes from a call you set. My coaching is $5,000, so that is $100 a client on top of the $70.
  • No cap. More shows, more money.
  • Pay is reviewed and open to renegotiation as the business grows. Lead volume is climbing fast. If you are the reason it converts, you will not be on these numbers forever.
What you need to have done before
  • Real outbound phone experience. You have made a lot of dials and can tell me roughly how many in a day.
  • You can tell me your set rate and show rate from a previous role, and how you knew them.
  • Comfortable in a CRM. We run GoHighLevel. If you have used it, say so.
  • You can write. Half of this role is DMs and email, so you need to sound like a human in text, not a template.
  • US based and able to work as a 1099 contractor.
  • Quiet space, reliable internet, a decent headset.
Who this is not for
This is not admin work and it is not social media engagement. You will be on the phone a lot. You will get hung up on. People will say they only wanted the free thing. You will have days where you make 60 touches and book nothing, and you will need to make 60 more the next day without me asking you to. If nobody is telling you when to start, you have to start anyway. There is no hourly rate here to hide in. If that sounds exhausting rather than energising, this is the wrong role and we will both be happier if you skip it.
What happens after you apply
  • I read every application myself. If you look like a fit, I reach out to book a call.
  • First interview: skills. Your numbers, your experience, and a short roleplay. I will give you one piece of coaching in the middle of it and ask you to run it again.
  • Second interview: fit. Whether we actually want to work together. This is a small team and you will be the voice people hear first.
  • Further interviews if needed. If it is close between strong candidates, I would rather take another conversation than rush the decision.
  • A paid test block on real leads before anything is signed. I do not ask people to work for free.
